Interactive polls during the live stream
Your town hall can include audience polls at scheduled times throughout the broadcast — collecting opinions, knowledge checks or sentiment feedback in real time. Concept LIVE operators run the polls on cue, while we support each poll by playing pre-rendered video graphics and titles in the main stream as participants vote.
Results can be revealed live for an engaging "moment in the meeting", or kept private to share with leadership afterwards.
Breakout rooms to drive engagement
Breakout rooms are a great way to deliver team-building opportunities within a town hall. With carefully planned scheduling and content, your audience can share ideas, discuss content from the live streamed town hall, and significantly improve overall engagement.
Our experienced operators handle the cueing, the timing, the return-to-main and the graphic transitions — so the experience is seamless for both leadership and audience.
End-to-end town hall management
Town halls have many moving parts and every detail matters when senior leadership is on the line. We help with the lot:
- Pre-event venue site survey and internet quality check
- Coordination with venue stakeholders, IT and suppliers
- Speaker run-through and rehearsal on the day
- On-site presenter clock and run-of-show schedule
- Live vision mixing, audio and graphics during the broadcast
- Full event recording with optional per-camera and per-microphone ISO
- Post-event delivery of recording and viewer analytics
Frequently asked questions
What is a town hall live stream?
A town hall live stream is a real-time broadcast of an internal company meeting — usually featuring senior leadership addressing the wider workforce — that is distributed to remote employees via Teams, Zoom, a secure portal or other platform. A professionally produced town hall includes branded graphics, lower-third name titles, slide overlays, and optional interactivity such as polls, Q&A and breakout rooms.
How much does town hall live streaming cost?
A single-camera town hall with overall recording, one output platform and EE mobile failover starts at £499 + VAT per event day. Most professionally produced town halls with multi-camera coverage, lower-thirds, slide overlays and a polls/Q&A capability fall in the £895 to £2,500 range. For regular town halls (monthly, quarterly), our subscription pricing offers up to 65% off rate card.
Can we run polls and Q&A during the town hall?
Yes. Concept LIVE supports polls run on cue by our operators, with pre-rendered video graphics shown in the main stream while the audience votes. Q&A can be moderated through your chosen platform (Teams, Zoom, YouTube live chat, Slido) or via a Concept LIVE moderator team that filters and forwards questions to the chair.
Can the town hall be streamed both internally and publicly?
Yes. One platform is included in the base price, and additional platforms are £75 each per event day. A common configuration is internal-only streaming to Teams or a private Concept LIVE portal, with no public re-broadcast — but town halls can also be sent to YouTube, LinkedIn or a public viewer portal where appropriate.
Do you record the town hall for absent employees?
Yes. A full programme recording is included as standard, delivered after the event for distribution to absent employees, on-demand viewing libraries or internal communications archives. Per-camera and per-microphone ISO recording are also available if you plan to re-edit content for highlights or training.
Can you stream a town hall from our office?
Yes. Concept LIVE delivers town halls at your venue (free within 60 miles of LU7 0UU, mileage applies beyond) or from our television studio in Leighton Buzzard at no studio fee. The studio is fully equipped with green screen, presenter desk, teleprompter, PTZ cameras and a complete gallery — switch-on-and-go.
