As a webinar company, Concept LIVE specialises in delivering professional live streams with clean crisp audio and impressive visuals. Webinars are different from video-conferenced meetings — they're more topical, less interactive, and typically don't allow viewers to share their webcam or desktop. Our webinar streaming equipment is designed to provide a highly professional experience so you can focus on the content.
What is a webinar live stream?
A webinar live stream is a professional video presentation about a specified topic, broadcast in real time to a remote audience. Unlike a meeting, a webinar emphasises broadcast quality output: scripted or rehearsed delivery, polished visuals, professional audio, branded titles and graphic overlays — closer in feel to a TV show than a Zoom call.
Webinars typically run for 30 to 90 minutes, are recorded for on-demand viewing afterwards, and often include moderated Q&A at the end. The audience watches and listens but doesn't share their own webcam or desktop.
Webinar production includes
- Professional branded opening, closing and hold graphics (static or animated)
- Pre-live and hold soundtrack so the audience never sees a silent waiting screen
- Broadcast-grade cameras with professional lighting
- Clean, crisp audio with radio, lapel or desk microphones
- Slide / presentation capture overlaid into the stream
- Lower-third name graphics for every contributor
- Programme recording for on-demand viewing afterwards
- Distribution to Zoom Webinar, Teams Live, YouTube, LinkedIn Live, Vimeo and more

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a webinar and a meeting?
A meeting (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet) is interactive — everyone can share webcam, screen and audio. A webinar is one-to-many: speakers present, the audience watches and listens but doesn't share their own webcam. Webinars typically have broadcast-quality visuals and audio, polished graphics, and a moderated Q&A. Concept LIVE delivers professional webinars with broadcast-grade kit, branded graphics and clean audio so the result feels closer to a TV programme than a video call.
How much does a professional webinar cost?
Concept LIVE's webinar production starts at £499 + VAT per event day for a single-camera webinar with branded graphics, professional audio, recording and one output platform. Multi-camera webinars with hold music, animated titles, presentation overlays and multi-platform output typically range from £750 to £1,500 per day. For regular webinar programming, subscription discounts up to 65% off rate card apply.
Can you stream to Zoom Webinar / Teams Live / LinkedIn Live?
Yes. Concept LIVE streams to Zoom Webinar, Microsoft Teams Live Events, LinkedIn Live, YouTube Live, Vimeo Live, Facebook Live and any RTMP / SRT destination. One platform is included; additional destinations are £75 each per event day. We can also stream simultaneously to a secure custom Concept LIVE viewer portal for ticketed or members-only webinars.
Can you produce a webinar from our office?
Yes. Concept LIVE delivers webinars at your office (free within 60 miles of LU7 0UU, mileage applies beyond) or from our television studio in Leighton Buzzard at no studio fee. On-location, we set up a portable studio in your conference room or meeting space with cameras, lighting, audio and a discreet operator position.
Can the same webinar be live streamed AND recorded for on-demand?
Yes. Programme recording is included as standard with every webinar. The recording is delivered after the event for distribution to absent viewers, your on-demand library, internal communications or social-media re-cuts. Per-camera ISO recording is available for re-edits and highlights.
Do you handle podcasts too?
Yes. We produce video podcasts using the same broadcast-grade kit as our webinar service — typically 2 to 3 cameras with lavalier or shotgun audio, branded title graphics and full ISO recording for post-production. Podcasts produced in our Leighton Buzzard studio benefit from the studio acoustic treatment and consistent lighting setup.
