Frequently asked questions

What is included in the £499 Basic event live streaming package?

The Basic event package includes 1 broadcast camera, 2 hours of live content, ambient stage/room audio, no graphics, streaming to 1 platform, an overall programme recording, and EE 5G mobile failover. It suits single-stage capture for small theatre shows, panel talks, community events and content that does not need multi-camera coverage.

What does the £1,795 Event Multi-Camera package include?

The Event Multi-Camera package includes 2 broadcast cameras (stage wide + close), up to 4 hours of live content, a clean sound feed taken directly from the venue PA system (rather than ambient microphones), title cards and lower-third graphics, streaming to 2 platforms, a full overall programme recording on a drive, EE 5G mobile failover and an on-site producer/director coordinating the cuts.

What does the £2,995 Premium Event package include and what is ATEM ISO recording?

The Premium Event package includes 4 broadcast cameras (stage wide, stage close, audience and jib/roving), up to 8 hours of live content, multi-microphone audio with a clean feed from the venue PA, premium animated graphics with lower-thirds, on-site AV (PA, screens, screen feeds), streaming to 3 platforms, ATEM ISO recording per-camera and per-microphone, plus a full producer/director and crew. ATEM ISO recording captures every camera and microphone as a separate file alongside the live programme so the show can be re-edited later — useful for highlight reels, archival footage or producing different deliverables from one event.

Can you provide PA, projectors and video walls for the event?

Yes — pick "Build your stream" to add site AV including small/large PA systems, projector screens, 55" televisions, SDI/HDMI screen feeds and video walls (POA). Send a venue floor plan and Concept LIVE will cost the AV alongside the live stream production in a single written quote.

Do you live stream festivals across multiple stages?

Yes. For multi-stage festivals, pick "Build your stream" and configure a multi-site link-up — Concept LIVE deploys a broadcast crew at each stage, feeds them back to a central production gallery, and vision-mixes everything into a single broadcast. Typical multi-stage festival productions are bespoke quotes starting around £5,000+ per event day.

How fast will you respond to my booking?

Within one working hour during office hours (09:30–17:30 weekdays). For festivals and big events, booking 4–8 weeks ahead is strongly recommended because broadcast crew availability is the usual constraint. Same-week and short-notice events are handled where capacity allows — full payment is required before the crew attends for short-notice bookings.
