01 Event dates & schedule

Add each day and choose what it's for. Event-day pricing is for a 1-hour stream per day; extra stream hours apply the hour-tier rate. . Times are optional — if you know timings, please add them. If your kit can stay on site overnight between consecutive event days, the £75 setup saving per overnight applies.

Creative direction during presentations

When a remote or in-room contributor is presenting, how should our vision mixer treat their feed and their slide? No additional charge.

AV equipment we bring on-site to the venue — PA systems for audience sound reinforcement, projector screens and 48" / 75" televisions for stage displays and audience repeats.

We'll need a floor plan of the building to calculate cable runs — additional cables may be required subject to quotation.

Portable column / pole PA. Suitable for audiences up to about 150.

10 Staging & venue lighting

Staging decks plus stage / presenter lighting and colour-bar backdrop effects. Lighting is charged per event day; stage hire is a one-off for the event.

Modular staging, priced per 2 m × 4 m deck for the whole event. Events over 3 event days add 35% of the stage rate per 2 extra days.

Venue AV

Does the venue have existing AV — PA system, microphones, projector / screen feeds we can patch into? If yes we bring less kit and may apply a credit.

Internet sources on site

Tick every source likely to be available. We blend multiple sources for resilience. Wired connections are strongly preferred for live streaming.

We do not guarantee internet service end-to-end. We always record locally as a safety net, and we can undertake on-site connectivity tests in advance — subject to additional quotation.
Parking on site

We bring a van full of broadcast kit. Knowing parking up front saves time on the day.

Crew travel & accommodation

For venues over ~2 hours' travel, or events running at unsociable hours, we may need overnight crew accommodation and sustenance. This is an estimate only — actual cost is subject to availability and local pricing, and we always try to find the most cost-efficient option nearby.
