How to claim the price match
Three things make the price match work cleanly: a written quote from the competing supplier (not a verbal estimate), the full specification so we can compare like-for-like, and the event date so we can confirm crew availability. Send all three by one of the channels below and we will return a price-matched written quote, typically within one working hour during office hours.

What counts as "like-for-like"?
The price match applies to comparable production specifications. We compare on each of these dimensions so we are matching a real apples-to-apples quote:
- Number of cameras and camera grade (broadcast vs prosumer vs webcam)
- Audio chain spec (broadcast mic count, mixing desk, dedicated audio operator)
- Graphics package (titles, lower-thirds, score graphics, animated openers)
- Output platforms and number of simultaneous destinations
- Recording: overall vs per-camera ISO vs per-microphone ISO
- Connectivity redundancy (wired only vs Wi-Fi failover vs 5G mobile failover)
- Crew composition (single operator vs full multi-person production crew)
- Site AV provided on-site (PA, projector screens, TVs, screen feeds)
- Travel, sustenance and out-of-hours rates included or excluded

What kind of quote should I send?
Send a written quote from the competing supplier — a screenshot of an email, a forwarded email, or a PDF attachment. We need to see the full specification (cameras, audio, graphics, output platforms, recording, connectivity, crew) so the comparison is fair. Verbal estimates and unwritten guidance prices can't be priced-matched because there's nothing concrete to compare against.
Is there a category we can't match?
We can almost always match like-for-like live streaming work. The very rare exceptions are jobs where the competing supplier is pricing below their cost (typically a loss-leader or strategic-account work), or where the competing supplier is offering services Concept LIVE does not provide (e.g. broadcast satellite uplink, where we partner with specialist suppliers instead). For sports streaming specifically, we publicly commit to beat any like-for-like sports quote by 20%.
How fast will you respond?
Most price-match quotes are returned within one working hour during our standard hours (09:30–17:30 weekdays). For urgent same-week event quotes, call 0203 002 92 42 and we can often turn the price-match around while you're still on the line. Out-of-hours enquiries are reviewed first thing the following working day.
Will my data be kept confidential?
Yes. Any competing quote you send us is used solely to price-match for your event. We do not share supplier pricing externally, and we do not use it for benchmarking against other clients. Quotes are kept on file only for the duration needed to honour the match.
Can the price match be combined with subscription pricing?
Yes. If you are starting a regular broadcast cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and have a competing quote for the one-off rate, we will price-match the one-off AND apply subscription pricing to the recurring events. This typically delivers the deepest overall saving for clients running ongoing live-streamed programming.
