Professional live streaming in the UK typically starts at £499 + VAT per event day for a single-camera package with overall recording, EE mobile failover and streaming to one platform. Mid-sized multi-camera business productions sit in the £895 to £2,500 per day bracket. Larger broadcast-grade conferences, hybrid events and multi-site link-ups commonly range from £2,500 to £10,000+ per day, depending on cameras, graphics, audio, AV, contributors and output platforms.

What drives the cost of a live stream?
Every live stream is different, but the same handful of variables drive the price on every quote. Adjust any of these in our configurator and the indicative total updates live:
- Number of event days, with consecutive-day storage savings of £75 per overnight
- Number of cameras (1–7) and whether they're fixed or moving (jib / PTZ / handheld)
- Graphics package: titles, score bug, lower-thirds, animated openers

All of Concept LIVE's live streaming production services are included in the subscription, with the option to add bolt-ons as you need them.
Site, travel and payment terms
Our base price includes attendance at your venue within 60 miles of LU7 0UU (Leighton Buzzard). Beyond 60 miles, mileage is charged at £0.75 + VAT per mile. For multi-camera or distant productions, sustenance costs (food, travel time and accommodation for crew) may also apply where the event extends beyond a single working day.
Working hours are 09:30 to 17:30; unsociable hour rates may apply for work or travel outside those hours. Payment terms: due 10 working days in advance of the event date. For short-notice bookings, full payment is required before we attend.
Stream to any platform — or several at once
One platform is included in the base price. Add platforms at £75 each per event day: YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook Live, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Twitch, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Shopify, Restream, secure custom Concept LIVE viewer portals, RTMP and SRT endpoints, and downlinked TV broadcast feeds where applicable.

Can you live stream for less than £499?
For ad-hoc one-off events, £499 + VAT is our entry price for a single-camera professional live stream. For regular streams (weekly, monthly or quarterly), the subscription service applies discounts up to 65% off rate card pricing — that brings the effective per-stream cost significantly below the one-off rate.
When is payment due?
Payment is due 10 working days in advance of the event date. For short-notice bookings, full payment is required before our crew attends. Concept LIVE offers a beat-any-quote guarantee on like-for-like service comparisons.
Do you charge for travel?

Is recording included or extra?
Overall programme recording is included as standard. Optional add-ons include per-camera ISO recording (each camera as a separate clean feed, £80 per camera) and per-microphone ISO recording (each mic as a separate clean track, £50 per mic). ISO recordings are ideal if you plan to re-edit for highlights or social cut-downs.
