Concept LIVE provides high-quality, reliable multi-site live stream video link-ups for corporate events. We deploy broadcast-quality film crews to each remote site and stream every site back to a central television studio or your headquarters — where local content, presenters, polls and Q&A can be mixed in real time.
How a multi-site link-up works
Each remote site gets a Concept LIVE crew, camera kit, audio, encoder and dedicated 5G mobile failover. Each site sends a clean broadcast-quality feed back to a central production gallery — usually our television studio in Leighton Buzzard or your HQ.
In the gallery, our director live-mixes the feeds together — cutting between locations, layering branded graphics, lower-thirds and slides, and managing audio levels so transitions are seamless. The combined live broadcast then goes out to your chosen platform(s).
- Broadcast-quality crew and kit at each remote site
- Dedicated 5G failover on every site for connectivity resilience
- Live vision mixing of all sites in one central gallery
- Branded graphics, lower-thirds and slide overlays added live
- Single combined output to YouTube, Vimeo, Teams, Zoom or RTMP / SRT
- Full programme recording plus per-site ISO recording available
Use cases for multi-site streaming
Multi-site link-ups are the right tool whenever a single broadcast needs contribution from people in different places — without losing the look-and-feel of a single managed production:
- Global all-hands with senior leadership in multiple locations
- Sales kick-offs with simultaneous presentations from regional offices
- Product launches with live demos from manufacturing and customer sites
- Client roadshows with content from headquarters and remote experts
- Training programmes that pull in specialists from across the business
- Multi-venue conferences and award ceremonies
Why broadcast-quality crew matters at each site
The temptation is to dial each remote site in via Zoom or Teams. The trouble is that a video-call feed mixed alongside a broadcast camera feed makes the broadcast camera look bad too — the audience anchors on the lowest-quality source. Putting a professional crew at each site keeps every contribution looking and sounding like television, so transitions between locations are invisible to the viewer.
Frequently asked questions
What is multi-site live streaming?
Multi-site live streaming is a real-time broadcast that combines feeds from two or more physical locations into a single managed live stream. Each location has a professional camera crew and encoder; all feeds are sent to a central production gallery where they are vision-mixed together with branded graphics and broadcast out as one programme. The result feels like a single TV show, not a video call.
How many sites can you link together?
In principle there is no hard limit — Concept LIVE has linked productions across multiple UK and international sites. For practical purposes, most multi-site link-ups involve 2 to 6 locations. Beyond that, planning and coordination become the dominant cost driver, so we scope the work as a bespoke production.
Can the remote sites be anywhere in the world?
Yes, subject to connectivity. Concept LIVE has crewed multi-site link-ups across the UK and parts of Europe with our own teams; for sites further afield we work with trusted local broadcast partners using the same encoder profiles and brand graphics, so the visual consistency is maintained.
How much does a multi-site live stream cost?
Multi-site productions are bespoke — cost depends on number of sites, crew at each, equipment shipping, connectivity at each location and length of the broadcast. As a rough benchmark, expect £2,500+ per day for a 2-site link-up and £5,000+ per day for 3 or more sites. We provide itemised written quotes within one working hour of receiving your brief.
What if a remote site loses internet during the broadcast?
Every Concept LIVE site is equipped with EE 5G mobile failover that automatically activates if the venue wired/Wi-Fi connection fails. For business-critical multi-site streams, we can also deploy LiveU bonded-cellular encoders (POA) that combine multiple SIM carriers for additional resilience. If a site does drop, the director cuts to a stable site and reintroduces the lost site once it returns.
Can you also feed the multi-site stream back into venue screens at each location?
Yes. Each Concept LIVE crew can take an SDI/HDMI return feed from the central gallery and deliver it to venue screens, projectors or PA at the remote site. This means in-room audiences at each location see the same content the online audience sees — including content originating at other sites.
