Referrals

Refer a colleague. Get rewarded.

We pay 10% commission from the first invoice of any successful referral — or take 42% off the value of your own live stream. Your choice.

Which reward would you prefer?

Concept LIVE's referral programme is simple: introduce us to a colleague, friend or organisation that needs professional live streaming production, and once they become a paying client we pay you back. Take your reward as 10% commission on their first invoice, or convert it into a 42% discount against your own next live stream — whichever suits you better.

How it works

Three quick steps from referral to reward:

  • Send us your referral using the form at the top of this page
  • We follow up with the referred organisation within one working hour
  • Once their first invoice is settled, we issue your reward — 10% cash commission or 42% off your own live stream

Two reward options — pick whichever suits you

Choose the reward that fits how you work with Concept LIVE:

10% commission on the first invoice. If you are referring someone but don't yourself buy live streaming services from us, take the reward as a straight cash commission. Paid out by bank transfer or BACS once the referred client's first invoice has been settled in full.

42% off your own next live stream. If you are already a Concept LIVE client (or planning a live stream), convert the reward into a discount against your own next event. This generally works out as more valuable than the cash commission because it stacks on top of our standard rate card.

Who can refer?

Anyone. Existing clients, freelance event producers, AV companies, marketing agencies, charity partners, venues, conference organisers, even past contacts who simply know someone who needs broadcast-quality live streaming. There is no signup or formal affiliate account — just send us the introduction and we take it from there.

Frequently asked questions

How much do I get for a referral?

Either 10% commission on the referred organisation's first invoice with Concept LIVE, OR 42% off the value of your own next live stream — your choice when you submit the referral. Both rewards are paid out only once the referred client's first invoice has been settled in full.

When do I receive the reward?

Once the referred organisation has paid their first invoice to Concept LIVE in full. Commission rewards are issued by BACS within 14 working days of payment receipt. Discount rewards are applied to your next Concept LIVE quote — they don't expire, but we ask that the discounted event takes place within 12 months of the referral being honoured.

Do I need to register or sign up first?

No. The referral programme is informal — just send us the introduction via the form on this page, including your details and the referred organisation's contact. We'll track everything from there, including which reward you chose.

What if the same organisation has been referred by someone else?

First in writing wins. If we already have an open conversation with the referred organisation (whether through another referrer or direct outreach) we'll let you know. We don't pay duplicate referral rewards on the same client.

Can I refer myself or my own organisation?

No — self-referrals don't qualify. The referrer and referred organisation need to be genuinely distinct. For self-discounting against your own live streams, see our subscription pricing or the beat-any-quote price match.

Is there a limit to how many referrals I can make?

No upper limit. Every successful referral earns its own reward, paid separately. If you regularly refer business to us we may move you to a structured partner agreement with better commission terms — speak to us directly about that.
